Anthony Silva, Jr. - President   emailasilva

Anthony Silva, Jr. began his career in Houston, Texas, serving as Branch Manager to one of the largest janitorial contracting companies in the United States. He has 26 years of significant experience in the building service industry, and has been recognized for his outstanding performance by receiving the Morris Rosenberg Achievement Award.


As President, Mr. Silva is responsible for strategic planning and implementing marketing focus with financial accountability. He works directly with management to formulate operations, training, sales, safety, quality control planning and major contract negotiations.


Mr. Silva maintains active involvement in area organizations including: BOMA, IREM and the Memphis Chamber of Commerce. He believes that responsiveness, accountability as well as "quality plus" are the cornerstone of his successful career.




Jonathan Hackmeyer - Vice President Business Development   emailjhackmeyer

Jonathan is responsible for overseeing the business development of Sterling's commercial janitorial services. Jonathan has a background in commercial leasing and property management with 7 years experience in commercial office, retail & industrial leasing and management. Jonathan's property management experience gives us firsthand knowledge about how important janitorial quality & customer service is for a healthy landlord / tenant relationship.




Todd Wallace - Vice President Construction Services   emailtoddwallace

Manages all construction related operations including pre construction, client negotiations, and project management. Mr. Wallace has twelve years experience in General Construction and Construction Management, and five years past performance experience with Federal Government Clients including GSA, FAA, Federal Court System, and the Department of Defense. He has managed over 1 million square feet of new construction and numerous interior renovation projects including data centers, swe, and scif facilities. Mr. Wallace currently holds General Construction license in the State of Tennessee .




Jason Downen - Estimator / Project Manager   emailjd downen

Jason Downen brings 12 years construction-related experience to the Sterling team. He is responsible for all project estimation and oversees all management activities on Federal projects. In addition, Jason maintains FBI secret clearance with the Department of Homeland Security.




Manuel Torres - Operations Manager   emailmanueltorres

Manuel is responsible for managing field offices and generating consistent delivery of services. He has been working with Sterling for the past 10 years to oversee: hiring, ordering supplies, safety, training, and customer relations. With more than 22 years of experience in the building service industry and his experience in both South and North America, Mr. Torres brings a strong sense of pride and leadership to the company.

Jose is responsible for managing field offices and employees. He has been with Sterling the past 7 years. With over 16 years of experience in both North and South American building service industries, Mr. Palacios brings with him unsurpassed communication and managerial skills.




Xan Landsittel - Director of Client Services   emailxanlandsittel

Xan has been employed with Sterling since 2007. She handles a variety of tasks such as overseeing the company's financial and accounting functions, support for the Business Development and Construction Development teams in their production of bids. She is responsible for the performance of quality control, and conducts periodic building inspections to assure compliance with the company's quality standards.

Miriam is responsible for the performance of quality control, and conducts periodic building inspections to assure compliance with the company's quality standards. With exceptional communication and organizational skills, Mrs. Rodriguez assists with the oversight of field management, supervisory staff, and monitors the company supply orders and labor budgets.
